Step 1: Scan the QR code on the product to activate the warranty or earn points (depending on your actual needs)
1) Identify the QR code for product warranty activation
A valid QR code for points accumulation & warranty activation will include a QR code together with the product model & serial number placed right next to it
(beside or below the QR code).
Example:

Invalid QR code (no model or serial number shown next to it)

Additional note: Currently, Nanoco Group’s QR codes for points accumulation are shown as follows:
For PVC products such as PVC electrical conduits, square trunking, flexible conduits: the points QR code is affixed on the label outside the product bundle.
For Nanoco LED lighting products: the points QR code is printed directly on the product.
For other products: the points QR code is affixed on the products.
2) Select “Scan QR” ( "Quét QR"), grant Camera permission so the app can access the camera, then scan the QR code on the product.


3) Activate the warranty & view warranty information
For a valid QR code, the system will display the “Kích hoạt bảo hành / Tích điểm” screen (“Activate warranty / Earn points”)
Note: If you only want to activate the warranty, untick the “Tích điểm” (“Earn points”) box.
If you leave it ticked, the system will activate the e-warranty and accumulate points for you at the same time.

The system will then notify you that warranty activation & points accumulation are successful.
Tap “Xem lịch sử kích hoạt” (“View activation history”) to review detailed warranty information for the product.
