🎁 REWARD MECHANISM

By successfully accumulating points through in-app activities and scanning QR codes on products, users can redeem rewards directly on the ProClub app:

• 2,000 points → Get a Urbox Voucher worth 200,000 VND

• 5,000 points → Choose between a Urbox Voucher worth 500,000 VND or Nanoco gifts (as listed in the app’s redemption section)

HOW TO EARN POINTS

Welcome New Members

• Customers who register a ProClub account and log in for the first time: receive 150 points

Daily Check-In on ProClub App

• Each successful check-in: 10 points

• Each account can check in once per day

• Unlimited check-ins throughout the program

Refer Friends to Join ProClub

• When a referred friend registers a new account and enters the referrer’s phone number, the referrer receives 100 points per eligible new member

• No limit on the number of referrals

Scan QR Codes on Nanoco Products

• Each product with a valid QR code will grant points upon successful scan in the ProClub app

MAINTAIN YOUR MEMBERSHIP LEVEL

• Redeeming rewards or vouchers does not affect your ProClub membership tier

• Retailers and contractors continue to accumulate points and maintain their membership tier until 31/12/2025, following the current policy

GENERAL NOTES

• The program is only for active ProClub members who are retailers or contractors

• Each account can redeem points according to current accumulated points and program conditions

• ProClub reserves the right to adjust the list of rewards and point conversions during the program
