On October 9, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, Nanoco Group and Toan Hai Van Joint Stock Company (TTC Phu Quoc), a member of TTC Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), laying the groundwork for cooperation on TTC Phu Quoc’s projects and opening up opportunities for collaboration on other suitable projects within the TTC ecosystem.
The Memorandum of Understanding provides a basis for Nanoco Group and TTC Phu Quoc to strengthen coordination on projects, based on actual needs and the cooperation objectives agreed upon by both parties. In addition to TTC Phu Quoc’s projects, the agreement also opens up opportunities to collaborate on suitable projects across the TTC ecosystem.
With its manufacturing capabilities, distribution network, and diverse product portfolio spanning electrical equipment, lighting, and home appliances, Nanoco aims to support investors, consultants, and contractors throughout the project implementation process.
Cooperation will focus on product selection, technical documentation support, product supply, and after-sales services. Through these efforts, Nanoco aims to address the specific requirements of each project while meeting expectations for quality, delivery schedules, and long-term operational efficiency.
Through this agreement, Nanoco Group continues to expand its project partnership opportunities and leverage its capabilities in electrical equipment, lighting, and home appliances to meet the practical needs of construction projects.
